COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATES

Please expect fulfillment delays of up to one to two weeks due to C-19. All orders will ship in full. We are taking every precaution to keep both our shipping team and our community safe and healthy, resulting in slower than normal shipping times. We appreciate your support and understanding.

STANDARD SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground, UPS or USPS. Shipping varies based on the city of the delivery.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Our expedited shipping services can be found at checkout.

When choosing an expedited service please note it may take up to 24 hours for your order to be processed.

The delivery time frame listed for FedEx Ground, UPS or USPS is the amount of time it will take for the package to be delivered after the order is fulfilled. Our current estimated processing time is 1-2 weeks.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING

Overnight orders received after 1 PM will be shipped the following business day.

DAMAGED/MISSING/INCORRECT ORDERS

We strive for 100% satisfaction upon opening our packages, however damages and mistakes can sometimes occur. Please contact us immediately and we will correct the problem.

Damages - Please send a photo(s) to info@wuajaira.com and keep packaging materials for claim inspection.

Incomplete/Incorrect Orders - Contact us regarding the issue and we will ship replacements immediately.
